Dr. Oliver Rusher is an experienced and compassionate dentist who offers comprehensive, high-quality, gentle dental care in his state-of-the-art practice.

He completed his undergraduate degree at East Central University and his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree at the University of Oklahoma. Dr. Rusher has a standing reputation as he is continually voted Best Dentistry by the Plainview, TX, community.

Dr. Rusher and his staff are proud of the warm, patient-friendly environment they have created and of the bonded relationships they have built with multi-generational families in the area. They welcome patients of all ages and look forward to meeting you and offering you the professional, caring and comfortable oral health care that you deserve.

When not in the office practicing dentistry, Dr. Rusher enjoys spending time with his wife and son on their farm breeding/farrowing show pigs as a year-round hobby. He is a member of the local Kiwanis Club, and stays involved with charities. Dr. Rusher also enjoys sponsoring children in 4-H, FFA and sports among his local community.
